We understand the importance of supporting women at the earliest stages of their race, when that support is most needed.
At All Levels
We support women leaders at all levels of government - and we do mean all. From school board to Congress, women are needed at all levels to make a positive difference in their communities.
We support women leaders on both sides of the aisle who support women.
We are not bound by party politics or conventional thinking. We are uncompromising in our vision of more women in government and are willing to challenge the status quo to achieve it.
We want a truly representative government that reflects the diversity of our country, including women of color, LGBT women, and young women.
Attorney General, Pennsylvania
Kathleen Kane is currently running for Pennslyvania Attorney General. She is seeking to replace Linda Kelly who was appointed the position, but is not seeking election. Her legal career began in civil litigation with a private firm in Philadelphia before returning home to accept a position as an Assistant District Attorney in the Lackawanna County District Attorney’s Office. Kane served as the Assistant District Attorney from 1995-2007, fighting to protect Pennsylvania’s most vulnerable citizens. Kane graduated with a bachelor’s degree in International Studies from the University of Scranton and completed her law degree from Temple University. If she wins this election, she will be the first woman and the first Democrat to hold this position in Pennsylvania. For more information, please visit Kathleen Kane’s website.
