Shemia Fagan State Representative (OR-51) Shemia Fagan is running for State Representative in Oregon. She was raised in rural Oregon by her dad while her mom was off battling drug addiction. Despite her family’s struggles, Shemia worked hard and put herself through college and law school. Today Shemia is a business attorney and a school board member.
