WCF wants to build the pipeline of pro-choice women leaders of all parties and elect more talented pro-choice women into office. We do this by:

• Recruiting pro-choice women who have never before run for office

• Providing resources and referrals for these first-time candidates

• Endorsing pro-choice women up and down the ballot

• Financially supporting endorsed candidates

• Engaging our members with our endorsed candidates and their campaigns

• Bundling our members' contributions to endorsed federal candidates

Our Programs

• Recruitment: She Should Run™, our national online recruitment effort, builds the pipeline of new pro-choice women who should run for office.

• Resources: Our printed and online resources and referrals are targeted at first-time candidates and pro-choice women who have not yet made the decision to serve.

• Endorsements: Our endorsement process identifies and supports talented pro-choice women candidates and promotes them to our membership.

• Financial Support: WCF's affiliated Political Action Committee invests in WCF-endorsed federal and non-federal candidates.

• Member Engagement: Our members are invited to learn more, to take action, to mobilize others and to contribute their time, money and talent in order to ensure that pro-choice women candidates succeed.  

• Bundling: Our members have the opportunity to give directly to endorsed federal candidates through SocialChange, our political-giving initiative.
